About Me
I am a writer who loves sharing stories. I have an MBA from University of Washington and graduated from University of Arizona's Honors College with a degree in English.

I started my career as a reporter for The Jewish Transcript and am now freelance writing for outlets including Men's Health, Parenting Insider, and Kveller.I write reported pieces, personal essays, and profiles, having interviewed everyone from Hollywood icons like Steven Spielberg to Olympic hopefuls to pediatricians. I learn something new every time.

I am also an award-winning songwriter, who worked extensively in Nashville and Los Angeles, co-writing with some of the best in the business including Andrea Stolpe (Tim McGraw) and Jeffrey Steele (Faith Hill, Rascal Flatts).

Previously, I worked as an on-air reporter for Sirius/XM radio, where I interviewed recording artists and musicians.

I also have a background in fundraising, having worked as the Director of Corporate Relations and Annual Giving for a large charity in Southern California.

Raised in Mercer Island, Washington, I now live outside L.A. with my husband and two daughters, where I volunteer for various organizations and sleep in whenever possible.
